Scott Rupff

Scott E. Rupff, President

Scott began his role as President of the Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company (IPOC) in January 2025. With over 38 years of experience in the natural gas industry, Scott previously held the position of VP, Marketing, Development & Commercial Operations at IPOC and was responsible for the Company's overall Marketing/Sales, Rates, Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Commercial Operations/Gas Control initiatives.

Prior to joining Iroquois in 1994, Scott was employed by The Long Island Lighting Company where he held various positions within the gas supply organization.  Scott is a graduate of Bucknell University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering.

Scott serves as a board member of the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA), the Northeast Gas Association (NGA), and the Society of Gas Lighting (SOGL), and is a member of the National Petroleum Council (NPC).

Paul Amato

Paul R. Amato, Senior Vice President Operations 

Paul has more than 37 years of executive and engineering experience within the natural gas industry and has held various leadership roles at Iroquois.

As Senior Vice President Operations, Paul provides overall direction of the company's Engineering, Environmental, Field Operations, Gas Control Operations, Health & Safety, Security and Procurement functions. Prior to joining Iroquois in 1997, Paul was with Algonquin Gas Transmission where he held many supervisory and engineering positions.

Paul is currently the Chair of the Siemens SGT400 International Users Group and a member of the INGAA Pipeline Safety Executive Committee and the INGAA Foundation Executive Committee.  He was recently the Chair of the INGAA Foundation & the Northeast Gas Association Operations Management Committee.

Kimberly Pritchard

Kimberly Pritchard, Senior Director, Legal Services and General Counsel

Kimberly has over 34 years of legal and compliance experience. Prior to joining Iroquois in 2013, Kimberly was employed by Vermont Electric Transmission Company where she held various positions in legal, compliance and corporate governance.

As Senior Director, Legal Services and General Counsel, Kimberly is responsible for the company's legal, human resource, right-of-way and records management functions and serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Kimberly received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Vermont State University, completed a four-year law clerkship program, and is licensed to practice law in the States of Vermont and Connecticut. She has also completed the Harvard Business School of Executive Education Leadership Program for Senior Executives and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional.

Kimberly is a member of INGAA's Legal Rates Committee, the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Vermont Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Michelle Wieler

Michelle Wieler, Senior Director, Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer

Michelle has over 32 years of accounting and financial experience. Prior to joining Iroquois in 1995, Michelle was employed by KPMG Peat Marwick where she held positions within the audit and tax departments.

As Senior Director, Financial Services & Chief Financial Officer, Michelle is responsible for the leadership and management of the company’s accounting, finance, and tax functions as well as insurance risk and property tax management. She is also responsible for external financial stakeholder communications.

Michelle serves as the IPOC representative to the INGAA FERC Accounting Committee and the INGAA Tax Committee.

Christopher Stutz

Christopher Stutz, Director, Commercial

With 10 years of experience within the natural gas industry, Christopher began his role as Director, Commercial for the Iroquois Pipeline Operating Company in March 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the company's overall marketing/sales, rates, strategic planning, gas scheduling, and commercial operations initiatives.

Christopher originally joined Iroquois in March 2015 as a Gas Controller and advanced to the position of Chief Controller by 2022. He briefly left the company to join Rhode Island Energy during the utility company's origination, where he managed and provided leadership to five different specialized teams as Manager, Gas Control, Scheduling and Trading. Christopher returned to Iroquois in September 2024 as Senior Manager, Gas Control, Scheduling and System Operations.

Christopher serves as a member of the NGA Gas Supply Task Force, NGA Gas Control Operating Committee, NGA Gas Operations School and the INGAA Gas-Electric Task Force.

He holds a bachelor's degree in technology management from Excelsior University and a Master of Legal Studies degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
